How fast will I get a price?
Ring during opening hours (Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm) and you'll have a price before you hang up. Form and email quotes usually come back within minutes; anything sent overnight gets answered first thing when Shona opens the yard at 7am.
How do I pay?
Card over the phone is easiest — we take payment when you book, and that's it, nae hidden extras. Bank transfer is grand too. Trade regulars can open an account with monthly invoicing; just ask Shona and she'll set you up.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — give us 24 hours' notice and we'll cancel or move your delivery free of charge, nae bother. Less notice than that and there may be a wee charge if the lorry's already loaded, but we'll always try to be fair about it.
